1. Medical Transcription
Emetaworks provides high quality Medical Transcription services to our clients, which is high precision.

them, then document it electronically and send it back to the right person at the right time.

2. Reception Calls
Our unit takes care of the overloaded calls at the reception in the respective Clinic. These calls
are related to Appointment Confirmation, cancellation, re-scheduling, General Queries, and specific
inquiries about procedures/treatments etc .
3. Data Entry
Entering the raw patient data from the doctor's sheet onto the system. This is a
very important step as the data has to be accurate so that the further processes are smooth.
4. Updating Patient Records
We provide Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to electronically store and manage
the patients' medical histories. EMR contain a patient's entire medical history and information
crucial to future care. Each and every record of the patient is updated regularly and maintained carefully.
This includes - patient medical history
from 1st appointment day, date, time to the time he/she is perfectly ok with the treatment. It
also includes follow up.
5. Coordinating with the surgeons
Our representatives coordinate every patient with their respective surgeons over phone for
appointments at the right time.
6. Booking Appointments
Calling and confirming the patient's appointment for the Clinic nearest to their location.
7. Sending the appointment letters to the patients
To make sure the patient is aware about there appointment, we need to send them a written confirmation
with the date, time, venue and procedure.
8. Outsourced Staffing
